Educational Visits

We run a range of fantastic visits, both locally in Preston and further afield, to enhance our curriculum offer. Pupils benefit greatly from these experiences. We work hard to make the most of the fantastic location of our school.

Local Learning Area Visits

Throughout the year, we often visit places within our 'Local Learning Area'. This is the the area marked out below. All locations within this area are a short walk from the school grounds, avoiding major roads.

At the beginning of each school year, parental consent will be sought for all visits within the Local Learning Area. When visits take place, parents will be notified at least 7 days in advance but additional consent is not required. The map below shows how we define our 'Local Learning Area'.

Other Visits

For all other educational visits, consent will be sought from parents before the visit takes place.
