World Book Day

For World Book Day this year, children came to school wearing or bringing 3 items to hint at a book character. Pupils had great fun trying to work out who the characters were. For example, pupils who came with a wand, a wizard’s hat and had a scar were identified as “Harry Potter”.

The children were excited to share their love of reading and books throughout the day.

Miss Heron from Year 3 read 'The Worrysaurus' to our Year 1/2 pupils. They were absolutely enthralled by the story.
